Accessible on foot, by car or by cable car, Mont Faron is Toulon's landmark mountain. Reaching a height of 584 meters, it overlooks the Toulon harbor and the Var hinterland.
Access by cable car (the only one of its kind on the Mediterranean coast) is surely the least sporty but most picturesque way to enjoy the panoramic views of the Var. Once on the heights, a variety of activities await you, including visits to the D-Day Memorial and the Fauverie, hikes along marked trails and picnic areas... Two restaurants complete the landscape.
