The parcours des Arts in Hyères

Heritage and crafts

More than 30 artists’ studios

Because art is nourished by exchange, downtown Hyères invites you to meet passionate artists and craftsmen, happy to share their know-how. Explore the wealth of local art on the parcours des arts, while immersing yourself in the town’s built heritage, a reflection of its history.

Stroll through the workshops in search of art and heritage

Take the map with you, which you can download or print from our Tourist Information Offices. Wear good shoes if you want to climb up to the castle. Then stroll freely through the workshops. Some thirty of these are set up along the arts trail, showcasing old and unusual trades. Look up, and you’ll easily recognize them by the wrought-iron plaques on their storefronts.

Made in Hyères

What makes the parcours des arts so special is the opportunity to meet passionate people. When you enter the studios, the artists may be in the midst of their creative work. And that’s the magic of the show! Each piece created bears the imprint of the craftsman’s movement. Charmed by this immersion in their world, you’ll leave with unique and original objects, assembled by expert hands.
