On the program: a free guided tour of the city's gardens, cultural events in the gardens and museums, a treasure hunt, an interactive game, a creative workshop and a show entitled "Danse, danse danse!" by the Kubilai Khan company in the Jardin des Gorges...

Enjoy a moment of relaxation, discovery and refreshment in the brand-new Jardin des Gorges - Terrain Piot, right in the heart of nature.

Full event program :

The day begins with a guided stroll through the gardens of Ollioules, from the Parra garden to the Orchard of the Gorges, to discover in a different way the landscapes, history and richness of Ollioules' plant heritage, with several gourmet and cultural breaks along the way.

Afterwards, young and old alike can take advantage of the many activities on offer in the gardens and heritage sites in the town center.

Creative enthusiasts can take part in floral art workshops at the Jardin des heures and create their own arrangement in the company of Eliane Cleenewerck from the Association des Musées d'Ollioules. A creative and convivial opportunity to discover the art of floral assembly and leave with a personalized creation.

Also at the Jardin des heures, families can take part in "Contes au jardin", a poetic and imaginative interlude hosted by storyteller Sophie Biset. Stories of basil in love, magical plants and marvellous journeys will transport young and old alike into a world inspired by popular traditions from all over the world.

Visitors can also discover an emblematic element of Provençal heritage with tours of the cabanon in the Jardin des Vintimille. These activities will give visitors a better understanding of the history and uses of these typical constructions linked to Mediterranean garden life.

In the Jardin des Cédrats, the Ligue de Protection des Oiseaux (French bird protection league) will be offering a presentation on local biodiversity. Participants can learn to recognize the birds present in Ollioulais gardens, and discuss the challenges of preserving nature.

Families and mystery buffs can embark on a treasure hunt through the old town center with "The Mystery of the Disappearance of Water in Ollioules". A fun way to discover the town's heritage while solving an investigation.

In the Parc de la Fraternité, the interactive Street Science trail will invite the public to explore the town in a different way, thanks to a scientific walk accessible via smartphone. An original experience combining discovery, games and awareness of the urban environment.

The Musée de la clef et de la serrure will also be opening its doors for a themed guided tour entitled "Quand les clefs et les serrures fleurissent", in the presence of collector Marc Hervé. A unique opportunity to discover this unusual place from an original and poetic angle.

Finally, an open-air bookmark workshop offered by La Récréation de Solenne will give visitors the chance to let their creativity run riot, and leave with a handmade souvenir in a convivial, family-friendly atmosphere.

4.30pm: "Danse, danse, danse" #3 in the Jardin des Gorges - Performance, dance and music to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Kubilai Khan Investigations company. An original creation, this new opus of "Danse, danse, danse" follows two previous events at the Château féodal and the Moulin de Palisson.
