The experience

La Seyne-sur-Mer was born of the separation of Six-Fours-les-Plages in 1658, and initially developed around a small fishing port offering shelter to its inhabitants. Over time, this maritime vocation evolved into the creation of the famous shipyards, which left a lasting mark on the town’s history.
During the tour, you’ll also discover a town with colorful facades, Genoese cornices and the church of Notre-Dame-de-Bon-Voyage. The tour takes you through the lively areas of the town center, including the market, revealing a town that has preserved its identity.
The tour ends with a remarkable view of the harbor from the 40-meter-high Pont des Chantiers.
